Residential roofing

Residential Roofing in Houston, TX

New roofs and roof repairs for Houston homes, installed by a locally and veteran-owned crew certified in CertainTeed shingles.

Chapter 01

How you know it's time

Leaks are the clearest sign, but a Houston roof can age out quietly. A standard 30-year shingle typically lasts 15 to 20 years, and poor ventilation can shorten that further.

Storms add their own timeline. Major weather events, high winds and hail damage roofing materials and speed up wear, which is why Houston's climate calls for closer attention than milder ones. Ask about our roof maintenance package to help stay ahead of it.

What we install, and where we start

We install CertainTeed, GAF, Owens Corning and Mueller metal roofing products, and the crew is certified in CertainTeed shingles. Free roof damage inspections are offered, so you can find out what the roof needs.

When a claim is part of the picture, home insurance specialists are available to help. We work directly with insurance companies to streamline your claims process.

After the storm, and after the job

When a storm does damage, 24-hour storm damage tarping is available to protect the house until repair or replacement can happen. Most roofing projects are finished in a single day, and that includes complete cleanup and removal of all debris from the property.

The work carries a 5-year workmanship warranty covering defects identified within that window under normal weather conditions, and every manufacturer warranty on the materials used is assigned to you.

Certified in CertainTeed Shingles. Locally and veteran-owned in Houston since 2013.
