If you notice signs of leaking, it's time to address repairs. Because of Houston's weather and climate, annual maintenance is also a good idea. Ask us about our roof maintenance package.

Climate, ventilation and your roof's age all play a part. A standard 30-year shingle typically lasts 15 to 20 years. Poor ventilation can shorten that, and major storms, high winds and hail can damage roofing materials and speed up wear.

Try to limit interior damage by placing a container to catch the water. If you can safely get into your attic, put the container there. Then call us right away on (281) 301-1739 so we can deal with it promptly. 24-hour storm damage tarping is available.
